Using Generative AI in government projects while ensuring GDPR compliance, automating the entire process, and keeping humans in the loop was a key challenge for our client.

Solution

OpenCore allowed for a single pane view for the entire automation process, including multiple RPA vendors, humans in the loop and the integration with OpenAI. AI is leveraged to predict what actions need to be taken when a work item arrives in the queue, detecting out of the ordinary transactions and document processing.

Results

OpenCore enabled the municipality to streamline a previously fragmented and slow process while ensuring humans remain in the loop for critical decisions and error handling. AI is now leveraged more effectively to determine when human involvement is needed.
